In 2022, Montblanc pays tribute to one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century, universally considered one of the most important electric guitarists in the history of popular music: Jimi Hendrix. Crafted from precious resin, the off white color of the cap and engraved motif are inspired by one of the guitar straps worn by Hendrix, while the black body is embellished with an elegant motif reminiscent of a WAH pedal. The shape of the platinum-coated clip is reminiscent of the vibrato arm of an electric guitar. The Montblanc emblem on the cap top is made of precious resin.
