The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date with its grey "glacier" patterned dial gives the impression of looking into the depths of a glacier rich in minerals accumulated over millennia. Inspired by Mer de Glace, this glacial texture was achieved using an almost forgotten ancestral technique called gratté-boisé. The 41 mm timepiece comes with an interchangeable fine steel bracelet, which can be quickly and easily exchanged for a black rubber strap with grey piping without the need to return to the boutique or use any tools. The watch is also adjustable on the wrist when wearing it during scuba diving. The timepiece complies with the ISO 6425 standard for scuba diving, is water resistant to 300 meters, and features luminescent indicators that allow reading even in low light.
