"Elvis Presley, AKA "King of Rock'n Roll", is still considered one of the greatest cultural icons of the twentieth century and a symbol of an entire generation. Born in 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, then moving to Memphis, Tennessee, Elvis Presley has become one of the most famous musicians ever. The shape of this writing instrument as well as the clip, recalls the spark plug of an automobile engine. It is inspired by Elvis' passion for V8 engines. The motif on the body and on the cap evokes the finish of the gold ring worn by the singer at the concert "Aloha from Hawaii." The clip features a "V" shape inspired by Elvis' passion for the Cadillac, with its V8 engine. The "EP" inscription is a reference to his iconic sunglasses.
