"The Code regarding the protection of personal data

" Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of the "The Code regarding the protection of personal data", BLONDI 1897 Srl with registered office in Modena (Mo) in Via Emilia n.90, C.F. - P.I. n. 00893720367, as data controller, provides you with the following information concerning the processing of your data:

A) THE PURPOSES AND MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING TO WHICH THE DATA ARE DESTINED IThe process to which the personal data submitted by you and/or requested and/or acquired by you will be subjected exclusively directed to:

• management of online purchasing procedures, on our website blondi.it, which you can carry out after creating your own personal account;
• management of the established commercial relationship and related pre-contractual, contractual, organizational, administrative, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

The process will be carried out by means of the operations or operation complexities indicated in Art. 4, paragraph 1, Letter a) of the Code: "any operation or set of operations, carried out without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, preservation, consultation, processing, the modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database ";

The "personal data", defined by the current legislation as "any information relating to an individual, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number" provided by you and/or requested by you/or acquired, will be processed in paper form and/or through electronic, computerized and/or telematic tools and, in any case, with logic and methods strictly necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing

Moreover, only if you provide an explicit optional consent (by ticking the appropriate box of expression of consent - see "G) CONSENT EXPRESSIONS", point 2), your personal data may be processed by the data controller also to send them informative / commercial / promotional communications, through "traditional" methods (for example, paper mail and telephone calls with operator) and / or those referred to in Art. 130, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (by way of example, fax, email, SMS, MMS, etc ...) to the addresses that you will, if necessary, indicate to us when completing the online purchase form.

Specific security measures have been adopted by the data controller to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Your personal data will be stored and processed by the data controller in full compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in this statement. In particular, we inform you that the processing will take place in compliance with the Eligible and Minimum Security Measures referred to in Article 31.33,34,35 and Annex B) of the aforementioned Code and that the personal data referred to you will be treated in compliance with the methods indicated in the Art. 11 Legislative Decree 196/03.

B) THE OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISIONING  The conferment of your data is optional, but the compilation of some fields marked with an asterisk (so-called required fields) is strictly necessary to correctly and fully manage the online purchasing procedures on our website blondi.it, to manage the established commercial relationship and related pre-contractual, contractual, organizational, administrative, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Furthermore, we inform you that the transfer of your personal data to send, by the owner of the data, the information/commercial/promotional communications, through "traditional methods" (for example, paper mail and phone calls with operator ) and/or those pursuant to 130, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (by way of example, fax, email, SMS, MMS, etc ...) to the addresses that you will, if necessary, indicate to us when completing the online purchase form line, it is absolutely optional. The choice to give or not to consent to such processing of data can be altered at any time thereafter, in whole or in part, by communicating to the holder of the data processing, by sending a specific communication to the following numbers:

C) THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL TO RESPOND

Your refusal to provide data and / or the provision of incorrect and / or incomplete information will make it impossible for our Company to correctly and fully manage the online purchasing procedures on our website blondi.it. to manage the established commercial relationship and the related pre-contractual, contractual, organizational, administrative, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

In addition, we reiterate that the provision of your personal data for sending, by the data controller, information/commercial/promotional communications, through "traditional" methods (for example, paper mail and phone calls with operator) and/or those referred to in Art. 130, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (by way of example, fax, email, SMS, MMS, etc ...) to the addresses that you will, if necessary, indicate to us when completing the online purchase form line, it is absolutely optional;

D) SUBJECTS OR CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED TO, OR THAT MAY COME TO KNOWLEDGE AS QUALIFYING OR RESPONSIBLE OR IN CHARGE, FOR THE SCOPE AND DISSEMINATION OF THE AVERAGE DATA

Your personal data will be processed by subjects specifically assigned by the owner of the data processing as data controllers and/or in charge of data processing; these subjects will process your data only if necessary for the performance of the tasks assigned to them by the data controller and only for the data necessary for the performance of these tasks, completing the only operations necessary for the performance of the same.

Furthermore, your personal data may be disclosed, only when strictly necessary, to any third parties, such as:

• consultants/professionals who support the data controller in the management of administrative, fiscal, accounting and legal obligations required by current regulations;
• legal consultants who support the data controller for the possible protection of contractual rights;
• managers/maintainers of information systems for the proper functioning of the website and online purchasing procedures;
• credit institutions/financial companies for the management of economic transactions linked to the purchase;
• courier forwarders for the delivery of the purchased products;

Government bodies, central or peripheral, and other institutions, only when necessary, for any legal obligations. E) THE RIGHTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 7

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by the Legislative Decree 196/03 Art. 7. "Right of access to personal data and other rights", as fully indicated below:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the assistance of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed to or who can learn about them as the assigned representative in the territory of the State, managers, or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

□ I declare that I have read the privacy policy and I authorize the processing of my personal data necessary for the management of online purchasing procedures, on the website blondi.it and for the management of the commercial relationship established and the related obligations pre-contractual, contractual, organizational, administrative, accounting, tax and law.

2. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR SENDING, BY THE DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER, OF INFORMATION/COMMERCIAL/PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS (OPTIONAL CONSENT)
