Once upon a time...The Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to the Brothers Grimm is dedicated to Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm and celebrates their collection of works and relelaboration of popular German and European fables, among which we remember some of the most celebrates such as Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. The entire silhouette of the writing utenstil takes on the shape of an old mountain cane and the black color evoques the darkness of the forest, the usual scen for the Brothers Grimm poular fables. In addition the wave motif on the body of the cap is inspired by RapunZel's hair and evoques even the shape of the roots, reference to the fact that the Brothers Gimm saw their literary work as research linked to their roots. The cap is crowned by the Montblanc emblem in precious lacquer. When it is turned, the platinum finish clip, inspired by a piece of gnarley wood, reveals a surprise, the silhouette of Brothers Grimm profile. To give homage to the magic of the narration, the solid gold nub Au 750 rhodium finish bears the design of the flames of a fireplace, the place where popular fables were often told.
